At Pets 3D Crystal, we take great pride in creating custom crystal pictures that capture your precious moments with care and attention to detail. As our products are personalized and custom-made specifically for each customer, we are unable to accept returns.

However, if you are not completely satisfied with your product, we offer an exchange. Please contact us within 7days of receiving your order to initiate the exchange process.

To qualify for an exchange, the following conditions must be met:

• The product must be in original condition and in its original packaging.
• The reason for the exchange should be related to product defects, damage during shipping, or an error made on our part (e.g., incorrect personalization).
• Customization errors due to incorrect information provided by the customer are not eligible for exchange.
