  • Personalized orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST may begin processing on the next business day.
  • Processing time may vary during peak seasons, holidays, or high order volume.

SHIPPING OPTIONS

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1–2 business days

Shipping timelines begin after the order has been processed and dispatched.

SHIPMENT TRACKING

  • Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.
  • You can track the status of your shipment through the shipping carrier's website.

DELIVERY

  • We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, Puerto Rico, and U.S. territories.
  • We do not offer international shipping at this time.
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, carrier delays, holidays, or other factors beyond our control.

PACKAGING

  • We take great care in packaging each order to help ensure it arrives safely.
  • Orders are packed securely using protective materials to reduce the risk of damage during transit.

LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

  • If your shipment is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery or expected delivery.
  • We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and provide a replacement or refund where applicable.

CHANGES TO SHIPPING ADDRESS

  • If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible.
  • We will do our best to make the change before shipment, but we cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been processed or shipped.
